I cooked some classic Italian pasta salad (Kraft) and added some chicken breast (Winn-Dixie). After getting through a bunch of the cooking I noticed that it called for some Italian salad dressing. Whoops. Used some Italian seasoning, apple cider vinegar (didn't have white wine vinegar and didn't want to open a bottle of red win vinegar) and olive oil. Not too bad for last minute. If there are no posts from Lisa or I the it's probably from my cooking. lol Now to finish off that bottle of wine. I don't know how I've had already. Must be 3 ounces or so with an ounce or two left.
