3 way switch is working properly. I have no idea what I did before. I think one switch might have been upside down and I didn't notice it. Thanks to those that helped me the other day. Found TV has a new capacitor in it. RS 35volt axial to replace the 10 volt radial. It's bigger, physically, but it works. I'll let it run overnight here and see what happens. Hopefully I'll be bringing it home tomorrow. Then buy a wall mount and remote. Whew. Sister's TV that blows fuses has at least a shorted MOSFET. Touched up some solder spots and will also replace leaking capacitor.
