Blue Origin's rocket launch was nice and it's nice to be closer to having more competition in space. But, I still like SpaceX's launchcast better. The only rocket camera I noticed was during separation and it wasn't great quality. And these are two different approaches to space flight. SpaceX is more for supplies and eventually getting into deeper space while Blue Origin seems to be just focused on "space tourism" where you can spend lots of money to see for yourself that the Earth is round. Anyway, best of luck to both ventures.

Thanks, everyone for the birthday wishes but whew, what a weekend. Friday was dinner at Dot's Diner in Luling with Lisa. Saturday was a bunch of leftovers from Easter and dinner at Seither's in Harahan with Lisa and Diana Rhiannon. Today was lunch at Randazzo's Family Restaurant in Metairie with the aforementioned two plus my mom and sister. No need to eat anything tonight because I'm still stuffed from a Cuban Reuben, leftovers, about 4 pounds of crawfish, a po'boy, and a tuna and pasta meal. I'll be afraid to jump on the scale in the morning. Oh, how could I almost forget about the slice of apple pie?
